In compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of
27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data
and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection
Regulation), we inform you that Psious is the technological platform for professionals in the field of
psychology and/or psychiatry to apply treatments for people with specific phobias, maladaptive
fears, anxiety or other disorders related to mental health.
For this reason, Psious is interested in having the Professional who uses its technology with his or
her patients, that is, with you, provide you with information on a regular basis both in relation to
your observations, opinions, suggestions and/or recommendations on the use of technology and on
the effect that the use of technology may have on patients. At this point it is important to be able to
request your expressed consent so that Psious can use the data derived from the relative treatments
with the purpose of carrying out research and improvements on the platform.
The data provided will be kept until the consent you have freely given is expressly revoked.
Therefore, the data collected by Psious will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases where
there is a legal obligation.
We also inform you that Psious has adopted all the security measures established in the current
legislation on data protection. You may at any time exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete and
transfer your data, and to limit or oppose its processing, by writing to the following e-mail address:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent control authority (www.agpd.es) if
you consider that the processing is not in accordance with the regulations in force.

En cumplimiento con la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales
y garantía de los derechos digitales, le comunicamos que Psious es la plataforma tecnológica
destinada a profesionales del ámbito de la psicología y/o psiquiatría para aplicar tratamientos
destinados a personas con fobias específicas, miedos desadaptativos, ansiedad u otros trastornos
relacionados con la salud mental.
Es por ello, que Psious está interesada en que el Profesional que utilice su tecnología con sus
pacientes, es decir, con usted, le facilite información de forma periódica y regular tanto en relación
con sus observaciones, opiniones, sugerencias y/o recomendaciones sobre el uso de la tecnología
como sobre el efecto que el uso de la misma pueda tener sobre los pacientes. En este punto es
importante poder solicitar su consentimiento expreso para que Psious pueda utilizar los datos
derivados de los relativos tratamientos con la finalidad de llevar investigaciones y mejoras en la
plataforma.
Los datos proporcionados se conservarán mientras no se revoque de forma expresa el
consentimiento que usted ha manifestado libremente.
Es por ello, que los datos recogidos por Psious no se cederán a terceros, salvo en los casos en que
exista una obligación legal.
También se le informa que Psious ha adoptado todas las medidas de seguridad establecidas en la
legislación actual sobre protección de datos. Puede ejercer en todo momento sus derechos de acceso,
rectificación, supresión y portabilidad de sus datos, y la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento,
