New information about the device

Volume, baterry, ping?

Until now when pairing a device with psious.pro we only had information about the status of the device, whether or not it was connected to the web platform. Now new information and functionalities have been added to better understand the status of the device.

Firstly, you will now see the Ping information, i.e. how stable the connection is between the device and the web platform. In addition to the Ping value, there are three colors to indicate the connection status: red for an unstable connection, yellow for a moderate connection and green for a stable connection.

Next, you can see the device’s Battery information, useful for detecting when the device needs to be recharged.

And finally, the device Volume control functionality, which will allow you to control the volume level of the device without the need to physically manipulate it from the VR headset or smartphone.

Nueva información sobre el dispositivo

¿Volumen, batería, ping?

Hasta ahora al vincular un dispositivo con psious.pro solo había la información sobre el estado del dispositivo, si estaba conectado o no con la plataforma web. Ahora se ha añadido nueva información y funcionalidades para entender mejor el estado del dispositivo.

En primer lugar, ahora verás la información de Ping, es decir, cómo de estable es la conexión entre el dispositivo y la plataforma web. Además del valor de Ping, hay tres colores para indicar el estado de la conexión: rojo para una conexión inestable, amarillo para una conexión moderada y verde para una conexión estable.

A continuación, puedes ver la información de la Batería del dispositivo, útil para detectar cuándo hay que recargar el dispositivo.

Y por último, la funcionalidad de Control de volumen del dispositivo, que permitirá controlar el nivel de volumen del dispositivo sin necesidad de manipularlo físicamente desde las gafas de RV o el smartphone.

Remote sessions with Psious for smartphone

WHAT IS PSIOUS FOR SMARTPHONE?

It is our version of the Psious App for smartphone devices, both Android and iOS. Its main purpose is to be able to conduct remote sessions with patients without the need to go to the office.

Psious for smartphone has the same functionalities as its PICO counterpart but also has the possibility of 2D sessions without the need for external virtual reality devices.

Es nuestra versión de la Psious App enfocada para dispositivos móviles, tanto para Android como para iOS. Su principal finalidad es la de poder realizar sesiones remotas con los pacientes sin necesidad de acudir a la consulta. 

Psious para smartphone dispone de las mismas funcionalidades que su contraparte de PICO pero además dispone de la posibilidad de realizar sesión en modo 2D sin necesidad de utilizar dispositivos de realidad virtual externos.

Increased stress and anxiety due to Covid-19

In recent months Covid-19 has shaken up our way of life and forced us to quickly get used to the changes that have been imposed.

The coronavirus has brought uncertainty into our lives and this can cause anxiety that is sometimes difficult to manage, insomnia, discomfort or even agoraphobia.

At Psious we have updated several of our environments for health professionals who treat patients who come to the office because of this problem.

Environments to expose the patient to Covid-19.

The updated environments have a new configuration variable that allows us to show the avatars in that environment equipped with masks. The list of updated environments is as follows:

High quality visor for your sessions

WHAT DOES THE NEW HIGH QUALITY VISOR ALLOW YOU TO DO?

The new high quality visor allows an almost exact visualization of what the patient sees in the Psious App, showing the changes of the configuration variables and environment events in the control page.

In addition, this visor not only allows you to visualize the same content as the patient, but also to listen to the same audio. You will be able to regulate the volume from the volume control icon.

HOW CAN I ACTIVATE THE HIGH QUALITY VISOR?

To activate this visor, go to the configuration section and activate this option.

It should be noted that the high quality viewer is intended for stable internet connections and that not all browsers are compatible with this visor.

Visor de alta calidad para tus sesiones

¿Qué permite hacer el nuevo visor de alta calidad?

El nuevo visor de alta calidad permite una visualización casi exacta de lo que visualiza el paciente en la Psious App, mostrando los cambios de las variables de configuración y eventos del entorno desde la propia página de control.

Además, este visor no sólo te permite visualizar el mismo contenido que el paciente, sino también escuchar el mismo audio. Podrás regular el volumen desde el icono de control de volumen.

¿Como puedo activar el visor de alta calidad?

Para activar este visor, entra en el apartado de configuración y activar esta opción.

Se debe tener en cuenta que el visor de alta calidad está pensado para conexiones de internet estables además de que puede que no todos los navegadores son compatibles con este visor.
