Heatmaps in your sessions
What are heatmaps?
Heatmaps analyze images by means of thermography and indicate with a hierarchy of colors which points have represented the greatest interest for patients, marking these areas with warm color ranges, the more intense the color, the greater the point of attention.
This type of tool is based on the concept of eye tracking, a technology that makes it possible to detect the way a person looks at an image or visual record.
How can i visualize the heatmaps?
After finishing a session, access the end of session report page and you will find the heatmaps section. By means of a slider you can select the time range in which you want to display the heatmaps. You will be shown several images related to key moments of the environment with the heatmap applied.
How can i enable this functionality?
The heatmap functionality is available for Platinum accounts, so in order to use this functionality if you are on a lower plan, you will need to contact our customer service.
